Following Under 25 drivers with a growth path that could allow them to become part of the BMW Motorsport program. This is one of the added values of being part of Ceccato Motors Racing Team, that has devoted a lot of attention to the young drivers since the beginning of its Italian GT Championship program.

This constant training work allowed Erik Johansson to become a factory driver of the Munich brand after the experience with the team in the Italian GT 2019 Championship. The same program involves now Marius Zug (GER) in the BMW M6 GT3, Francesco Guerra (ITA) and Simone Riccitelli (ITA) in the BMW M4 GT4.

The bond between the team and BMW has historical and very important roots. Team Manager Ravaglia is one of the BMW Motorsport icons thanks to his career as BMW driver featuring a lot of victories, including 7 titles with a World Championship and a DTM Championship, while the commitment of BMW in Italy provides the distinctive visibility of an official team.

Being part of BMW Team Italia allows drivers to work in close contact with BMW Motorsport official drivers. In the past two seasons, Alexander Sims (GB), Jesse Krohn (FIN) and Bruno Spengler (CAN), that contest IMSA or ABB Formula E, shared the cockpit of the BMW M6 GT3 with the drivers of the team contributing to the success of the squad.

Working next to them is a great growth chance for every young driver, that adds up to those that only a team with a strong connection with the home brand can offer.
